  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 vanilla stick (optional)
  • A little bit of orange zest (optional)

Preparation:

First, dissolve the coconut oil in a frying pan. Then, mix the melted oil and cacao powder thoroughly with a hand blender. Add the honey, salt, vanilla extract and orange zest and mix once again. When all the ingredients are combined pour the mixture into the molds and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. You can use ice cube trays as well. That’s it. Enjoy your homemade chocolate-that is tasty and healthy at the same time.

Coconut oil contains many saturated fatty acids. Medium fatty acids are 60% in the total composition of coconut oil. The three main fatty acids in coconut oil are lauric, caprylic and capric – that are responsible for most of the benefits coconut oil provides to the human body.
